Welcome to my Sisel International review. Well, let’s get this out of the way right off the bat and answer the question is Sisel International a scam? And the answer is no not at all. Sisel offers a legitimate home based business opportunity to anyone that’s interested.

Ok, next question. Is it a good home based business opportunity? Well, that’s what this review is all about. I’m going to take a deep dive into this company and their opportunity in detail.

And by the time you’re done reading this review you’ll know just about everything you’ll need to know to make an educated and informed decision about this opportunity.

And with that said, let me first say, good on you for taking the time to do your own research before getting involved with any business opportunity. That alone tells me your serious about finding a legitimate way to make money online.

Alright, let’s dive in and see what Sisel International is all about.

Ok, So Who Is Sisel International?

Sisel International is a multilevel marketing company that is in the very competitive and crowed health and wellness market. The company was founded in 2006 by Tom Mower, Sr. and his son Tom Mower, Jr. and the company is headquartered in Springville Utah.

The company has its own manufacturing plant allowing them to be in control of every step of the production process.

The manufacturing plant is Supra Naturals and along with producing their own Sisel products they also manufacture health and wellness products for 40 other MLM companies and for retailers like Costco, GNC and Walmart.

Now, when doing my research about Sisel I did find that the owner founder Tom Mower, Sr. was convicted of tax fraud related to another MLM company he founded call Neways International.

He and his wife were found guilty of 6 counts of tax evasion and 1 count of conspiracy to defraud related to their tax returns between 1992 to 1997. And because of that he was sentenced him to serve 33 months in federal prison and 3 years’ probation and also and to pay a $75,000 fine.

And then in 2007 a injunction was issued to Thomas Mower Sr., and his two sons claiming they were stealing Neways product formulas, distributor lists and vendor lists to help grow their new company Sisel. Neways did win the suit against Sisel.

Ok, not the best track record for sure. And it’s these things you need to take into account when making your decision to join Sisel.

The Products Sisel International Offers

Sisel has a wide range of products listed under the following categories:

Fitness

Here you’re going to find products for weight management, strength, and muscle building.

Health

Here you’ll find antioxidant support products, full spectrum hemp extract, dietary supplements, etc.

Beauty

Here you’ll find a full range of beauty products such as night cream, facial cream, moisturizer mist, etc.

Home

This is their line of laundry detergent, dish soap and household cleaner.

Personal Care

Here you’ll find toothpaste, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Now personally I don’t see anything special about these products. Other than the fact they are overpriced.

To me it’s just another line of products that you can find through hundreds of other MLM companies. Not to mention through retail resources such as Amazon and even through your local health store.

And just like every other MLM company in the health and wellness niche none of these products and what they claim the products can do have been evaluated by the FDA. In other words, Sisel does not have to prove that their products work or if they are even safe to take.

Now what I do suggest if you’re thinking of getting involved with Sisel. Before you take that step. You should try some of their products and see what results you get, if any. Because being dietary supplements not everyone, including you will see results.

And if you don’t see any significant results with the products you try. Then personally I would not get involved with the company. Because how can you in good conscious represent products that you’re not getting any results with.

On the other hand, if you do see good results then you can tell people the results you’ve gotten when marketing the products. But again, not everyone is going to have positive results. So be prepared for some negative feedback. But don’t worry that’s all part of marketing health and wellness products.

It’s going to cost you a $24.99 enrollment fee, which also includes a free distributor kit that has:

The enrollment fee also includes a free replicated Sisel website where you can direct people to make purchases including where people can enroll into your business.

Once you pay the enrollment fee, you’ll be presented with 4 different Wealthy Builder Packs all of which are optional to purchase to complete your enrollment.

Now, these pack options may change but these were the ones I was presented with at the time of this review.

• Wellness Wealth Builder Pack – $346.00
• Wealth Builder Fitness Pack- Chocolate – $368.00

And to stay active as a distributor there is a annual renewal fee of $17.00.

How Do You Make Money With Sisel International?

This is an MLM business so there are two ways you can make money:

1) Retail Sales

You make a commission from each product you sell.

2) Recruitment

You promote the business opportunity to people and by doing so you build your business and can become eligible for the bonuses available within their compensation plan.

The Compensation Plan

Fast Start Bonus

When you enroll someone new you get 25% of their commission volume from anything the purchase within the first 30 days.

And with each of these transactions your upline gets paid 3% each on these transaction up 7 levels depending on their rank.

You also get 3% of any transactions your downline makes down 7 levels. Also dependent on your rank. And these commission are paid out every day.

Direct Commission

With your initial order for 50PV (personal volume) you’re now eligible for 3 levels of payout. And these payouts are paid weekly. And as you move up the ranks your earning potential increases.

Infinity Bonus

Once you reach the 3 star rank, you’re now eligible for the infinity bonus. After your business has 7 placement levels you can now start receiving commissions for each additional level 8th and beyond. These commission are paid monthly.

Master Check Match

The master check match pays you up to 4  generations of direct commissions. You’ll earn a percentage of the unilevel commissions from distributors and customers within the 7 placement levels earned by 1-Star Master Distributors and above in your downline. These commission are paid monthly.

Rank Advancement Bonus

To earn the rank advancement bonus, you must maintain that rank for 3 consecutive months. And then you will be paid the rank advancement bonus for that rank on the 4th month.

Auto/Lifestyle Bonus

This bonus is given to qualified 1-Star Master Distributors and above. You need to maintain this rank for 3 consecutive months. Once you do the monthly payment will automatically begin on the 4th month.

Retail Commission

Just like the fast start bonus you’ earn commissions from Preferred Customers and will be pay up to 8 levels in depth. To be qualified to earn retail commission you must have purchased a minimum of 50PV each month.

Being qualified you will earn a 25% retail commission on each and every order placed by your personally sponsored preferred customers. And 3% per level will be paid through the next 7 levels. These commission are paid daily.

Wealth Building System

In order to participate in the Wealth Building System, you must purchase a Wealth Builder Pack. And to remain qualified to earn Wealth Builder commissions you must have a minimum 50 PV within the past 30 days.

So, Can You Expect To Make Money With Sisel International?

Of course, there is the opportunity to make money. But you have to remember this is an MLM business model.

And with an MLM business model in order to be eligible for all these bonuses within their compensation plan that means you’re going to have to constantly recruit people in order to build your business.

And for most people that’s going to be the downfall of becoming successful within MLM. You really have to be a strong salesperson. Because after all you are trying to sell people on the idea of joining your business.

So along with strong sales ability. You have to have strong networking skills. Because you need to find people to sell your business opportunity to. Typically, this starts with approaching friends and family first.

And once you’ve burned through those relationships. You’re now going to have to start networking within a cold market. And a cold market is a market where no one knows who you are. And now your job of building your business becomes a lot harder.

And this is when most people will end up quitting. In fact, studies have shown that over 50% of people that get involved with any MLM will quit within the first year after joining. And 95% of people will quit within 5 years. And out of all the people that try MLM 99% of them will lose money.

Now I’m not mentioned these things to discourage you in any way. What I’m saying is you need to know what you’re getting yourself involved with when it comes to building a successful MLM business. So be honest with yourself.

Do you have the sales and network marketing skills required to make this work? If not, that’s not a bad thing. It just means using MLM as a business model for creating a thriving homebased business is not the right business model for you.

What Training And Tools Can You Expect?

Since this is an MLM your first line of training and support should be coming from your upline. That’s the person that recruited you into the business. Now, keep in mind, there is no guarantee your upline will be there for you.

One of the more common complaints you’ll hear in MLM is after people get recruited, is they are left on their own to figure things out.

As well as that upline support you should be getting you also have access to your own back office which will give you access to additional training and support.

Who Is Sisel International For?

This opportunity is for someone who has experience in MLM and who has very strong network marketing and sales skills.

If you’re new to MLM and you don’t have strong sales and network marketing skills you’re going have a very hard time finding success within the MLM business model.

Especially since there is a strong focus on recruiting people in order to build your business.

What I Like About Sisel International

#1) Low Startup

Compared to many other MLM opportunities the cost to get started is very low.

#2) Better Business Bureau

They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau

#3) Their Own Manufacturing Plant

By having their own manufacturing plant, they are in total control of the production of their products.

#4) Legit Opportunity

Sisel is offering anyone who is interested a legit homebased business opportunity.

What I Didn’t Like About Sisel International

#1) Founders History

While not related to Sisel Tom Mower, Sr. was found guilty of 6 counts of tax evasion and 1 count of conspiracy to defraud and did serve time in federal prison. Not someone I would want to be associated with.

#2) No Income Disclosure Statement

While it’s not required not having an income disclosure statement available to see there is no way of knowing if distributors are actually making money.

Now with that said after reviewing hundreds of MLM opportunities the reason why this statement is not shown is more often than not these statements show that most distributors are not making any significant money. And the ones that are is less than 1%.

#3) MLM Business Model

Making any real money within MLM is very, very difficult. It may seem like the path to financial freedom, but its’ not. In fact, studies have proven that 99% of people that get involved with an MLM will lose money.

#4) Expensive Products

Like many MLM companies you’re told the reason why the products cost more is because they are of better quality. And while some products may be better than others.

The real reason the products are more expensive is that they need this additional money to pay all of the active distributors. Remember everyone is getting a percentage of the pie.

#5) Very Crowded Competitive Niche

Sisel is one of hundreds of other MLM companies in the health and wellness market. You’re competing with such companies like Nature’s Sunshine, Jeunesse and Melaleuca. Just to name some of the big players. Not to mention all the other retail resources where you can find these products.

And other than having their own manufacturing plant. There is nothing special about the products they produce.

So, I believe you’re going to find it challenging trying to market their products when people have so many other open market resources such as Amazon or their local health store in which they can find similar products that promise the same results and for a lot less money.

#6) Focus On Recruitment

In order for you to be eligible for any of the bonuses available within their compensation plan you’re going have to focus a lot of your energy on recruiting people into your business.

And if you do not possess very strong network marketing and sales skills you’re definitely going be challenged when it comes to building your business.

My Final Opinion Of Sisel International

There is no denying that Sisel has a legit business opportunity. But for me there is nothing special about this opportunity. To me it’s just another run of the mill health and wellness MLM company offering another low quality homebased business opportunity.

Not to mention the founder’s history and that in order to have any shot of making any real money your days are going to be spent constantly having to recruit people. Sorry but that doesn’t sound like a fun way to build any business.

So, unless you have mad crazy network marketing and sales skills this is probably not a business you should get involved with.

But not having mad networking marketing or sales skills in not a requirement for building a successful online homebased business.

Take Affiliate Marketing for instance.

As an affiliate marketer you can build a wildly successful online business without having to ever recruit a single person to build your business or having to become a salesperson.

And you can build your business around any interest, hobby, or passion you may have.
