So, What Is WiredBucks?

WiredBucks is a rewards site that will pay you for completing small tasks. And according to their site they are the #1 influencer network.

Well that’s very interesting considering that I’ve reviewed sites just like this such as Use2Earn and Notion Cash just to name a few that make the same claim of being the #1 influencer network in the world

And just like those sites I reviewed WiredBucks is the same scam just under a different domain name.

How Does WiredBucks Work?

Let me explain how they claim you can make money.

The idea here is that companies that work with WiredBucks pay them to drive traffic to their offers and by helping Wiredbucks do that you get a piece of the action. (money).

And the way you’re helping is by sharing your referral link though social media. And the more you share the more people are exposed to their advertisers and the more everyone makes.

To get started with WiredBucks you need to register. And in doing so they will add $25 to your WiredBucks account. Once you register, you’ll be greeted with this message:

wiredbucks welcome

As you can see, you’ll earn $2 dollars for everyone that clicks your referral link. And then you’ll earn an additional $10 for everybody that joins WiredBucks.

And all you have to do to make this money is share your referral link through all your social media channels.

Sounds good so far, right?

You can also earn an additional $50 by creating a YouTube video and then uploading that to your YouTube channel.

But it doesn’t stop there you can earn even more money through the $30 Task Wall. Here you’ll find simple tasks that you can do to earn $30.

This all sounds quite simple doesn’t it? Yeah it does, but don’t be fooled. Everything you’re being shown within the members area is all a lie.

You’re never going to earn a dime through WiredBucks.

The goal of WiredBucks is not here to help you make money. The real reason why this website is here is for one reason and one reason only.

So, What’s That Reason?

WiredBucks is part of a network of personal data harvesting sites. This sites sole purpose is to gather as much personal information about you as possible. No more no less.

And they’re going to tell you whatever they need to tell you in order for you to hand over your information.

This site is extremely dangerous. Here’s why.

The scammers behind this website know that the majority of people online use the same username and password combinations for all of their personal accounts.

So, think about that.

You’ve decided to join WiredBucks and you’re using the same username and password that you use let’s say for your Amazon account, bank account, or your PayPal account to sign up for WiredBucks.

You’ve now given access to these scammers to those accounts. And it gets much more dangerous. If you notice I took a snapshot of one of the tasks that you can do in the task wall.

wiredbucks task wall

If you notice they’ve asked you for your credit card information. Now just imagine you’ve provided them with your email address, a password and username and now your credit card information.

With that type of information these scammers could have access to all your personal accounts.

Oh, and it gets even worse. With all that personal information, now they can go ahead and sell your personal information. And now you’re susceptible to identity theft.

This is an extremely dangerous website. And if by chance you’ve already joined WiredBucks the first thing you want to do right now is leave my website and change all your usernames and passwords on all of your accounts.

And do not use the same username or password for all your accounts. There’s a fantastic free online tool called Last Pass that you can use to create extremely strong passwords.

I use this program and my passwords for all my websites and personal accounts are 24 characters long. Now you’re probably saying how can you remember passwords that are that long?

That’s the cool thing about LastPass. I don’t have to remember those long character passwords LastPass does it for me.

And when I go to anyone of my personal websites, I can click on LastPast and it will auto fill my information so I can access whatever account I’m trying to access.

Or if I prefer, I can access LastPast and access my personal websites through LastPast itself. All I need to do is create a master password that gives me access to LastPast and then I have access to all the passwords for all my personal accounts.

And a trick to create a super strong master password is to actually use a phrase. And I have a favorite phrase from a book that I’ve used. And that phrase is 28 characters long. But it’s something extremely easy for me to remember.

You could use part of a poem, a favorite saying. Or some people use a favorite quote.

My point is you should never use the same usernames or passwords for your accounts.

And even if you haven’t joined WiredBucks and you have used the same usernames and passwords for your personal accounts. You need to change the passwords of all your personal accounts so they are not the same. And you want those passwords to be at least 12 characters long.

Okay, now I’m going to show you all the red flags of this website so you know what to look for when you see these types of offers.

Here’s The Red Flags Of WiredBucks

#1) Fake Company History

They claim that they’ve been around since 2008. So, to confirm the information I went to the Icann domain registration look up.

And as you can see from the image below WiredBucks was registered on April 23, 2020.

wiredbucks domain information

So how can WiredBucks be around since 2008 when the website itself was registered in 2020? It can’t!!

So, everything there telling you on this website is an absolute lie. Because this alone blows the lid off all their claims.

At the time of my review their website has only been around 3 months. Tell me how can a website become the #1 influencer network and pay out over $400 million to their members?

The answer is pretty simple. They can’t. Because everything is BS.

#2) Fake Testimonials

As with many scam websites they will include testimonials to back up their claims that their offer is legitimate.

And as with all scam websites these are all lies because these are fabricated testimonials.

As you can see in one of their testimonials there’s this lady called Delisa Lefevre. Now I don’t know if this is her real name, but chances are it’s not.

But this testimony will be much more believable if her image wasn’t all over the Internet.

As you can see from the screenshot below her image is also being used for Trillium Dental.

And here’s just a small sampling of a search of her image in Google and you can see it’s being used all over the place.

#3) Fake Payment Proof

What about those images of proof of people getting paid? Well they’re all fake.

Take a look at the one they have on their website. First of all, the person is complaining that they’re waiting to get paid. Which I find pretty odd as a proof of payment.

Fake payment proof

But despite that this same image has been used on other proven scam websites such as MoneyRewards and Click4Kash just to name a few.

You can’t believe anything you’re being told or what you see on this website.

#4) Zero Social Presents

You would think being the #1 influencer network they would have a huge social presence.

But they have zero social presence other than the people that have been sucked into this scam posting on social platforms.

fake social accounts

Click on any one of the social platform links at the bottom of their website and they don’t take you to their social accounts. They take you back to the homepage of the website.

Just another fake claim and lie in a series of fake claims and lies.

And another thing that I noticed in the members area under Share Your Link. One of the link shares is to Google Plus. Google Plus for personal accounts was terminated by Google March 17, 2019.

For being the #1 influencer network on the planet you would think they would know that Google Plus for personal does not exist anymore.

social share

#5) Fake Address

WiredBucks claims to be located at “A108 Adam Street, New York, NY 535022” well I did a quick search in Google maps and it brought up 2 addresses. One for a building firm and one for a website designer.

Then it also had links to other sketchy websites. So obviously this address doesn’t exist in regards to WiredBucks.

6) Unknow Email Address

I checked to see if their email address was valid. And no surprise it does not work.

#7) Where’s The Money Coming From?

At the time of this review WiredBucks claimed they have paid out over $400 million to their members. But where is that money coming from?

They say they are getting sponsored by companies because they are driving traffic to those companies’ websites. But what companies?

I joined WiredBucks so I could get into their members area. And there is no companies sponsoring or advertising anything in the members area.

And I can guarantee you companies like Samsung and Disney are certainly not paying WiredBucks millions of dollars and giving away free products so they can have a small mention in the members area of their website.

This is a reason why legitimate reward websites like Swagbucks and Survey Junkie don’t pay out that kind of money that WiredBucks claims they’ve paid out.

Because legitimate reward sites like that don’t make anywhere near the money that WiredBucks claims.

These huge numbers are just absolutely ridiculous when you do the math.

Think about this.

Remember they’re going pay you $25 just for joining. And they claim they currently have 220,000 members.

So, before you’ve even shared your referral link in order to ehlp them make money. WiredBucks would have paid out upfront $5,500,000. Over FIVE M ILLION is absolutely ridiculous when you do the math.

8) Who’s The Owner?

Here’s a company that supposedly has millions and millions of dollars of revenue and over 220,000 members.

Don’t you find it kind of odd that no one knows who owns this company? There is no mention of the CEO, CFO, or even a director of marketing mentioned anywhere on this website.

This is supposed to be the #1 influencer network on the planet and nobody knows who owns it. Really!!

My Final Opinion Of WiredBucks

So, let me just recap what we’ve discovered.

WiredBucks has lied about when they started, they’re using fake testimonials, they’re providing you with fake payment proof screenshots, they have zero social presence, their address is fake, the email address does not work. And the amount of money and members they claim they have is all lies. And no one is getting paid.

This website is a scam website from beginning to end. I’m convinced this website is part of a huge network of websites that are trying to harvest your personal information.

If you’re looking to make a few extra bucks every month then you’re far better off going to legitimate reward websites like Survey Junkie or Swagbucks.

You’re certainly not going to get rich using these types of websites but you can earn some extra money and actually get paid.

And if your aspirations are to earn more than just a few extra dollars per month. And you’re looking to make a far more significant income. Building your own online business is the way to go.

For instance, I make a full-time living online as an affiliate marketer. And the great thing about being an affiliate marketer is that you can build your business around your hobby or your passion.

If you would like to learn more about affiliate marketing and how you can turn your passion into a full-time online income.

Then I highly recommend that you check out wealthy affiliate.

Since 2005 they been providing people with all the tools, resources, training, and personal one-on-one support for anyone wanting to build a thriving affiliate marketing business.

As a matter of fact, it’s wealthy affiliate that has helped me grow (and still does) my online affiliate marketing business into a multiple 6-figure a year passive income.

And the great thing is you can see everything that wealthy affiliate has offer you absolutely free.
