So, What Is OMG Machines?

OMG (which stands for One Man Gang) was first launched in 2012 and was created by Mike Long and Greg Morrison.

This program is basically an SEO course that will provide you with information about how to get your website to rank at the top of the search engines.

It’s mostly a collection of MP3 files and ebooks plus a variety of tools including some videos.

I will admit it does have some useful information but overall it’s just another shiny object that will set you further back more then it will or could ever propel you forward.

Who Is OMG Machines For?

The company claims anyone, including those who have little or no experience with marketing online can use their tools and information to achieve top rankings in the search engines.

But this program is for no one unless you like to learn outdated black hat techniques that will certainly kill your business before it even gets started. Or kill what you’ve already built.

What Training And Tools Can You Expect?

This product has two packages.

The Commission Conspiracy Part 1

This guide helps teach you how to create Squidoo lenses and to then use these to sell Amazon products.

Well that’s a bad idea right from the get go.

Squidoo lenses don’t even exist anymore – everything has been transferred to Hub Pages. And Hub pages has some very strict rules about links, content and affiliates.

It also offers something called Magic Submitter which alters your contentenough so you can resubmit it to various directories.

Another bad idea.

Using any type of article spinner and that’s what Magic Submitter is – to use this tool to alter your content and then submit it to a bunch of different article directories is the absolute worst thing you can do for SEO.

Useful 5 years ago – completely useless today and also considered a black hat SEO technique by Google.

If you recall a few Google updates ago Google absolutely slammed all the article directories because of all the crappy content they housed for cheap backlinks.

Use this tactic and you’ll kill your business before you even get it off the ground.

You’ll also get videos from Greg interviewing other successful marketers telling their stories on how they became successful.

Plus a guide on how to use YouTube to drive traffic to your site. I’m a video marketer and this training is pretty weak at best.

The Commission Conspiracy Part 2

This component teaches you how to build your own website and get it ranked high in Google.

The problem with this is they refer back to the training in the The Commission Conspiracy Part 1 – which is useless because what you’re being taught in part 1 are methods that don’t work and will harm your website.

You get 14 videos showing how Greg got ranked #1 in the search engines. Basically it’s a bunch of case studies. Various other videos that contain field reports. Plus more interviews with other successful marketers.

You have trainings for email marketing campaigns. The only problem I have with this is if you don’t have any traffic coming to your site you cannot develop any type of email marketing campaign.

Your focus should be on getting traffic first. But getting traffic to your site is not going to happen with the training you’re getting with this course.

How’s The Support?

You can get support through facebook during what they call office hours which are:

Monday – 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM (EST)

Wednesday – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)

Saturday – 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM (EST)

You also have the opportunity to pay for what they call their No Holds Barred Support.

You get personal coaching and support from Greg during office hours through Skype. As well as his personal email address, webinars and tutorials to help you succeed online.

And you can have it all for the tune of $6999.00 – are you fricken kidding me!!!

You gotta be careful, don’t get sucked into this. All these programs will make it sound like that you can make money in the blink of an eye and to also offer this overpriced support is ridiculous to say teh least.

Any reputable program such as the community I belong to includes support and does not charge you extra for it.

What’s The Price?

The Part 1 package is $49.00

Let’s keep in mind that this is mostly information you can find for free online.

Part 2 costs $99.00

They also have a Gold Service component for $179 which offers very basic support

And, then there is the No Holds Barred support program for $6999.00.

What I Like About OMG Machines

I was going to say things like it’s easy to get started and all that. But no there is nothing I like or good about this program. NOTHING!!

What I Didn’t Like About OMG Machines

1) Outdated and dangerous black hat SEO tactics.

2) Way over priced upsells.

3) It promises a lot – you can make HUGE money in just a few weeks – that alone screams scam.

4) There is no free trial with this product.

5) They teach article spinning – this will kill your business before it even gets started.

6) They give you the impression you can make quick money.

7) No refunds.

My Final Opinion Of OMG Machines

Should you buy OMG Machines? Absolutely not – Do not waste one thin dime on this scam program.

As soon as I hit the site I said oh shit here we go again. It’s a site full of fake income statements and fake testimonials that you can get done on fiverr for $5 or using Photoshop.

Plus, outdated training such as using Squidoo which does not even exist anymore. As well as using black hat out of date techniques such as a content spinner and generating backlinks.

Wow can you say kill my business now I don’t want to ever be successful online.

For a so-called expert he really has no clue to what works online as of today.

I can’t stand that get rich quick mentality this program portrays. This is just another program sucking people in with the promise of overnight wealth.

Then there is the No Holds Barred support for $6999.00. Come on – that’s such a rip off it’s hard to put into words.

Oh and if you want a refund it’s never going to happen.

Any program that spends more time telling you how much money you can make then showing you how to make money, using fake income statements and testimonials is an outright scam.

It’s Not All Doom And Gloom. You Can Make Money Online. And Here’s How

Have you heard of affiliate marketing?

Affiliate marketing is simply promoting other people’s products or services and getting paid to do so.

And the cool thing about affiliate marketing is you can build your business around your hobby or passion. So, for example, let’s say you’re really into remote control cars. You can easily build a full time online income around that passion.

And it makes no difference what your hobby or passion is. You can turn it into a full time online income. But know this it’s not going to happen overnight. It takes time and hard work.

And if you’re willing to put in the time and effort required to build your business. well, the skies the limit.

So, if you’re sick and tired of false promises and garbage programs like OMG that are just after your money.

Then you should take a moment and check out Wealthy Affiliate.

Since 2012 they been providing the tools, training, resources, and one-on-one support to anyone wanting to learn how to build a thriving online business as an affiliate marketer.

In fact, it’s wealthy affiliate that has helped me build my affiliate marketing business into a 6-figure a year passive online income.

And here’s the great thing about wealthy affiliate. You can see everything they have to offer you absolutely free.

You can come inside the members area check out the community, the training, tools and resources. You can even talk to anyone (including me) in the community through the live chat feature.

Now you can make an informed decision if wealthy affiliate is right for you. If it is, that’s great. Stay and I will personally guide you as you build your online business. And if you don’t think wealthy affiliate is for you, you can simply walk away.

    • Yep OMG is the worst. Run far and run fast if you come across it. They are now closed for registration but are promoting a webinar called The Elephant In The Room. Just stay away from whatever these guys promote.

  1. I find it weird that the link shared about by a commenter is actually linking back to this website. Check it out: imgur.com/7p9ROhd perhaps the commenter is not independent.

    • Hi Kaylee, not sure what you mean. That link is to a conversation between a customer asking for a refund and the owner Mike Long. And it just happens to be at Imgur.

  2. This is something else. The OMG program is weak at best. There is no value and you pay insane. Top ten worst business decisions I have ever made. I will never ever buy another thing from anyone at OMG or previolsy associated with them. Worst ever experience and treatment from OMG support was the worst ever.

    • Hey Jon, you’re not the first person to say this about OMG. I tried to go to thier website recently but I could not get to it, so hopefully this program has been shut down and does not have the ability to hurt anymore people.

      Take care.

  3. Hey Leo,

OMG is just another program selling the dream and fails to deliver on its promise just like 90% of other internet marketing products does. The thing that turned me off was as soon as I landed on their page I was bombarded with photoshopped copies of Gregg and Mike’s PayPal accounts.

Anyone that flaunts their wealth like that has no intention of helping you be successful online whatsoever. They are only after 1 thing and that’s your money.

As I was going through their program I found absolutely no value in it. Mostly everything could be found on Google for free like you have mentioned above.

The thing I hated the most about OMG was their crazy ridiculous coaching package. I should let you know that they have now raised their no holds barred program to 6,999.00 now.

I also want to mention there are no refunds on this either.

As if 5 grand wasn’t enough before now its even more. This should raise a huge red flag and tell you these guys are up to no good. Thanks so much for exposing this scam to everyone here and I look forward to your future posts.

    Cheers
    Scott
