Well, I think it’s safe to say you’re here because either you discovered YOR Health on your own or someone has introduced you to YOR Health and its products and business opportunity.

Now you’re wondering if YOR Heath is a legit business opportunity or wondering is YOR Health a scam and something you should walk away from?

Well let me put your mind a ease. YOR Health is not a scam, it is offering a legit business opportunity. But that doesn’t automatically mean it’s going to be the right opportunity for you.

So with that in mind, I’m going to go over the products and their business opportunity. And by the time you’re done you’ll be in a better position to make a informed decision as to whether or not YOR Health is right for you.

Now, before you go any further you need to know. I’m simply here to show you the pros and cons of YOR Health and its business opportunity and give you my personal opinion. What you decide to do after reading my review is up to you.

And with that said, let me first say, good on you for taking the time to do your own research before getting involved with any business opportunity. That alone tells me your serious about finding a legitimate way to make money online.

So, What Is YOR Health?

YOR Health is a health and wellness multilevel marketing company founded by Dennis Wong in 2008 and is based out of Irvine, California.

YOR Health is listed with the Better Business Bureau, however it is not accredited with the BBB. They are also a member of the Direct Selling Association.

As a company, they want people to return to nature, rid themselves of harmful toxins and return to a simpler life. The company’s mission is to “Live Bare”.

To Live Bare means to have great health, to live purely, and to enhance life with the amazing power of nature.

That’s a wonderful philosophy. But is that enough to help you build a thriving business through their company.

Let’s see.

The Products

The YOR health product line is listed on their website in the following categories:

Bare Oil

This is their line of essential oils.

They have Blends. And all of these blends are 5ml each and comes as a 3 pack. They have 4 blends at the time of this writing.

One to boost energy – $49.18, one for headache relief – $37.18, one to support your immune system – $42.51, and one to help with sleep – $57.18.

There’s a fractionated coconut oil for $15.84 (4oz).

They also have a wide range of single oils (15ml) that range in price from $13.18 to $93.18. As well as 2 different kits that you can customize. A  Bare Oils Select Set Starting at: $43.53 and the Bare Oils Luxury Set Starting at: $82.20.

They also have a Green Kit with a selection of oils for $461.83. And then they have accessories which includes things like, glass vials, spray bottles, travel case, etc.

Amber

Here you’ll find products such as perfume, cleanser, eye cream, body wash, conditioner, etc. Prices range between $33.33 to $200.00.

They also have 4 featured sets you can choose from:

• Amber Bath Secret $152.73
• Amber Beauty Secret $457.71
• Amber Eye Secret $166.67

YOR Health

Here you’re going to find products such as, meal replacement shakes (powder) – $49.18, probiotics – $57.18, vitamins – $43.84, super greens (powder) – $54.51, energy drink (powder) – $47.84, etc.

They have 2 featured sets you can choose from.

• Great Health 1600 – $3,091.80
• Great Health 800 – $1,545.89

They also have the following accessories:

• YOR Deluxe Pill Box $5.18
• YOR Health Shopping Bag $2.67
• YOR Pill Box $2.51
• YOR Tall Shaker Cup (Teal) $7.84

So, How Much Is It To Get Started With YOR Health?

You have 3 options when it comes to joining YOR Health.

Retail Customer – there is no cost to join as a retail customer.

Select Customer – this will cost you $25.00 (annual fee). And for that you also receive 25% off retail prices on all products.

Promoter – this will cost you $50.00 (annual fee). And this is the level at which you will want to join if you’re wanting to build a business with YOR Health. And as a promoter you’ll receive 25% off retail prices on all products.

As a promoter you can sell the products as well as have the opportunity to earn income through their compensation plan.

The YOR Health Compensation Plan

With YOR Health you have several ways of earning money.

Retail Profit

This is pretty straight forward. You as an independent distributor are buying products at wholesale and the selling them at retail. And the difference between the two is your profit.

Now retail profits can be earned two ways. Selling to friends, family and others face to face. Or you register your customer as a Registered Retail Customer at your YOR Health website and make the purchases through your site.

Another thing to note is that Profits are based off of YOR Health’s 70% Rule. Which means:

• YOR Health requires a minimum of 70% of the inventory of the Independent Distributor (ID) and their personally sponsored customers’ orders to be sold before purchasing additional product to retail.

Retail profits are paid weekly if the purchase was done through your website.

Personal Customer Bonus

For every order placed by your personally sponsored customers, you will receive 10-20% of the order’s PV (personal volume) in a personal customer bonus payout.

First Order Bonus

When you sell an enrollment order of 400+ PV to a new Select Customer or Distributor. The first order bonus payout percentage is based on the PV of their first order.

Binary Match Pay

With the binary match pay, it allows you to earn from the commissionable product sales made by the select customer’s and independent distributors in your organization.

This is a binary compensation plan. So, you have a left and right leg within your downline. Once the lesser leg on your binary tree reaches 400 GPV (group personal volume), you will be paid out 15% on the lesser leg for every 400 GPV increment (match).

Leadership Bonus

With this bonus you can earn a matching percentage of the binary match pay earned from every distributor in your sponsor team.

Rank Advancement

As you advance your rank you can qualify for more commissions and bonuses. Of course, you must be Active and Qualified to be paid at each rank.

Now in order to be eligible to earn through their compensation plan you must stay “active”. And to be considered active you must accumulate at least 60 RPV (retail product volume) from products sales every 28 days.

If at any time, you are not active, all volume will reset and new GPV (group product volume) will not be accumulated until you reach Active status again.

So, Can You Expect To Make Money With YOR Health?

Below is a screenshot of their income disclosure statement covering the period from December 23, 2019 to September 28, 2020. Here’s a link to their disclosure statement.

As you can see 1.64% of active independent distributors, that’s Ruby are earning close to a full time income. And as you go higher in the ranks you can see it shows less than 1% are making more money.

But that’s not all. Here’s some of the company’s quarterly income disclosures as of October 2020:

• 41983 or 76.21% of all current independent distributors have received ZERO commissions.
• The median amount of commissions and bonuses is ZERO.
• The average amount of commissions, bonuses and overrides paid to all independent distributors $594.79.

None of this information is very surprising when it comes to the earnings of people who get involved with an MLM business.

It just proves once again that a very small percentage (if any) of people will actually earn any significant money within the MLM business model.

In fact, the harsh reality is that 99% of people that get involved with an MLM business will actually lose money.

What I Like About YOR Health

#1) Updated Income Disclosure Statement

I have to take my hat off to YOR health because they are one of the few multilevel marketing companies that provide an income disclosure statement.

And having this type of information gives you the ability to see the statistical data of what independent distributors are earning allowing you to make a more logical decision as to whether you want to join this company are not.

#2) Longevity

This company’s been in business for 15 years and they are also members of the direct seller Association and the Better Business Bureau. So, if you do decide to join YOR health you know your going to be with an established company.

#3) Product Variety

They do have a varied product line which allows you to cultivate a wider customer base.

#4) Refund Policy

They have a 30 day 100% satisfaction moneyback guarantee for both select customers and retail customers. This allows people to ask for either a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price.

#5) Legit Business Opportunity

This is not a scam. YOR health is offering a legit business opportunity.

What I Didn’t Like About YOR Health

#1) Success Is Rare

No matter how you look at things, this is a MLM business opportunity. And with that comes a low chance of any real success. And that’s further substantiated by their own income disclosure statement.

Less than 1.64% of all independent representatives are making what could be considered an full time income. And as stated in their income disclosure statement 76.21% of all current independent distributors have received ZERO commissions.

And the median income amongst distributors is ZERO. Not very encouraging to say the least.

#2) Recruiting 

If you want a shot at making the big money, they claim you can make with this business opportunity. You’re going to have to recruit people into your business. So, that means each and every day you’re going to have to try to convince (sell) people on the idea of joining your business.

#3) Expensive Products

This is typical with multilevel marketing companies where there products cost a lot more than products you can find in what I would call the open market. For example, take their certified organic lavender essential oil. 15ml is going to cost you $27.84.

However, if you go to places like Amazon you can find certified organic lavender oil 10ml for $9.99. I know you’re getting a little less oil but even still the price is far less than what you would pay through YOR health.

And you being an independent distributor this may become a challenge for you because your oil cost a minimum twice as much as the same type of oil people can find on their own through places like Amazon. And you have to remember people are price conscious.

So, if people can find the same products offering the same results for less money. I feel that selling your products is going to become a bit of a challenge.

#4) Monthly Minimum

In order to earn commissions, you have to meet a monthly minimum when it comes to product sales to be considered “active”. No other business model forces you to meet monthly minimums so you’re eligible to earn money.

And this is where a lot of independent distributors can get into debt. Because to meet that monthly minimum so they can earn commissions many will end up buying product themselves so they can stay active with the hopes of selling enough products so they can earn enough money to cover that debt.

My Final Opinion Of YOR Health

Look, there’s no denying that YOR Health has a legitimate business opportunity. But it’s certainly not for everybody. You have to have a special skill set in order to be successful within the multilevel marketing business model.

Study after study proves that. Heck, their own income disclosure statement proves that.

So, if you take your emotions out of this and just look at the numbers and listen to the experts, you’ll see that this is not as good as a business opportunity as they claim.

Also, if the idea of becoming a salesperson and a serial recruiter doesn’t excite you. And it’s given you pause about this business opportunity. That’s your gut telling you that this opportunity is not for you.

Now on the other hand you may be in that 1% of people that have the skill set that can thrive within a multilevel marketing business model. And if the YOR Health product line is something that you can get behind will then maybe this may be the business model for you.

All I’m saying is don’t fall for the hype of the money that you could “possibly” earn. Be honest with yourself and your own capabilities and look at the numbers. Do that and then you’ll make the right decision.

Now, here’s the thing.

You don’t have to join a multilevel marketing company to build a thriving online business from home. There are many other options and opportunities for making money from home.

One of which is Affiliate Marketing.

With affiliate marketing your 100% in control and ownership of your business. Unlike MLM where you’re not.

With affiliate marketing you don’t have to become a salesperson. Nor do you have to recruit anybody to build your business or meet ridiculous monthly minimum quotas so you can earn money.

And the most exciting thing about affiliate marketing is you can build a thriving online business around your hobby or your passion. Even if that passion is health and wellness you can still build a very successful business without joining a multilevel marketing company.

Now, I don’t even know if you’ve heard of affiliate marketing or how it works. And that’s okay. You have access to one of the best resources when it comes to learning how to build an affiliate marketing business around your hobby or passion. And that resource is Wealthy Affiliate.

Because when it gets right down to it. You have to choose the path that works best for you. No one can choose it for you.
