Here’s How You Make Money

Unlike other multilevel marketing companies where you have to buy the products at wholesale and then sell them at retail and then the difference is your profit.

With Stella and Dot, you’re paid a commission from the products you sell. And you’re paid weekly. And according to their 2020 compensation plan the commissions range from 20% up to 40%.

And these commission payouts are based on what is called your Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV).

  • 1-299 PQV – 20%
  • 300 PQV – 25%
  • 2,500 PQV – 30%
  • 5,000 PQV – 35%
  • 10,000 PQV – 40%

You can also earn additional commissions that are paid on wholesale volume. And the percentages for these commissions range from 2% up to 8%.

Also, at the executive level you can also earn monthly cash rewards ranging from $750 up to $2000.

To remain as a qualified ambassador for Stella and Dot you must maintain 300 PQV each month. You read their compensation plan here. And it won’t take a very long because it’s only one page.

Can You Make Money With This Business?

Well, it’s obvious you’re getting into business to make money right?

So, do you have the opportunity to make money with Stella and Dot?

Absolutely. But as with any business it’s all going dependent on your effort and dedication to build your business. No one’s going to do it for you – it’s all on you.

Ok, there is an opportunity to make money. But the big question is are you really going to make money?

Well, according to their 2020 income disclosure statement it shows that 94.3% of all of their active distributors earned on average $2200.00 for the year, not counting expenses. So this yearly income is probably less.

It further goes on to state within their income disclosure statement that the average earnings of all paid ambassadors who qualified to earn both personal sales and team sales commissions in the US earn $25,374 on average in 2020. But it also states that 74% of ambassadors were not paid in any given month.

That’s a good average income for a small percentage of ambassadors. However, the income numbers you should pay attention to are the 94.3% of active distributors averaging $2200.00 per year. That works out to $183.33 per month.

Stella and Dot Reviews

I don’t care what company it is. You’re going to have happy campers and you going have people that are pissed off with the company. And Stella and Dot is no different.

Like I said, you’ll have customers that can say nothing but great things about Stella and Dot.

Stella and Dot positive customer review

And then you’re going to have customers that have nothing good to say about Stella and Dot.

Stella and Dot negative customer reviews

Take this information and use it in your final decision making. But the real test of a company is experiencing it for yourself. So, before you jump into business with them. Maybe you should buy a few pieces and check out the quality of their products.

If they past your judgement then move forward if you want. And if they don’t, there’s no reason to be involved with them.

What Training Can You Expect?

Along with the one on one coaching you’re going to get from your leader and through their Facebook groups. Stella and Dot also provides online training modules through their Home Office Training platform.

Here’s The Good Things I See

#1) Focus On Sales

Unlike other MLM companies they are more focused on sales than having associates focus on recruiting to make money. In fact, independent ambassadors cannot earn income on recruitment or sponsoring of other ambassadors.

#2) Solid Leadership

Jessica and Blythe definitely have the skills and experience to be running this company.

#3) Decent Commissions

Starting at 20% and having the opportunity to earn larger commissions up to 40% is pretty decent compared to other MLM’s.

#4) Low Startup

Without purchasing one of the optional beauty add-ons. You can get started for $99.00. Pretty good considering what some other companies charge.

Note: I say $99.00 because at the time of this review the current $59.00 is a holiday startup special.

Here’s The Not So Good Things I See

#1) Commission Sales Quotas

In order to earn the higher commissions, you need to meet specific sales volumes.

#2) Monthly Minimum

In order to be considered a qualified associate you need to have a minimum of 300 PQV every month.

#3) You Don’t Own Your Business

Unfortunately, many people that get involved with MLM think they own their business, and you don’t.

All the assets are owned by the company. This includes your downline. Plus you have to follow and the rules, qualifications, and any restrictions the company has.

If they decide to make changes when it comes to qualifying for commissions good or bad you have agree or quit the company.

Simply put you do not have 100% ownership or control over your business.

And that’s not good. No matter what path you take to make money online you want 100% ownership and control of your business.

#4) Must Love Sales And Networking

In order to succeed in this type of business environment you must love sales and can handle lots of rejection. Because not only are you selling the products, like other associates you’re going to be trying to recruit people into your business.

#5) Low Income Potential

The low income potential comes as no surprise when it comes to direct marketing/MLM companies. Their own income disclosure statement shows that 94% of people that get involved with them, are not even come close to making a significant income.

Also remember these numbers don’t reflect any of the expenses an associate has incurred building their business. So, chances are many of these associates are actually losing money every month.

My Final Thoughts Of Stella And Dot’s

As far as MLM business opportunities go. This is one falls into the same category of all other MLM opportunities I’ve reviewed.

So, if you’re ok with the monthly minimum in order to qualify for commissions and the quotas needed to get those higher commissions and of course you like sales and recruiting. This could be the business for you.

Now if building an online business marketing these types of products is up your alley but working within a MLM framework work is not that enticing.

You still can build a wildly successful online business in this market as an affiliate marketer.

The advantages of affiliate marketing over MLM are many.

But the ones that stand out are:

  • You own and control 100% of your business.
  • You don’t have to meet any monthly sales minimums in order to qualify for commissions.
  • You don’t have to meet specific qualifications in order to earn higher commissions.
  • You don’t have to recruit people in order to build your business.
  • You have flexibility when it comes the products you market. You’re not stuck marketing products from just one company.

So, like said earlier if you fell Stella and Dot would be a good fit, then go for it.

But if not, or you’re still on the fence about it. Before you make any final decisions, you should take the time and see how you can build a thriving online business as an affiliate marketer.

Now I have no idea if affiliate marketing is going to be the business model that you follow.

But I do know by seeing how you can build an online business without having to recruit people or meet minimum sales quotas so you can earn money. Will put you in a much better position to decide if affiliate marketing is going to be the path for you.

And the best resource that I can point you to that has the complete step-by-step training for building a thriving online affiliate marketing business. Including all the tools, resources, and personal one-on-one support while your building your business is wealthy affiliate.

Of course, if you have any comments or questions regarding Stella and Dot or even about affiliate marketing please feel free to leave them below.
