Free Affiliate Club – Far From Being Free
Product Name: Free Affiliate Club
Price: $29.95 A Month
Owner: Shawn Casey
Ranking: 0 Out Of 5
Sean Casey over at Free Affiliate Club claims that within the next 60 minutes you will earn at least $150. At least that’s what the sales page says.
So, is Free Affiliate Club really a great make money online solution for you, or just another get rich quick scheme that has found its way onto the Internet?
So, What Is Free Affiliate Club?
Free Affiliate Club is a product created by Sean Casey that gives you a free website in order to make money on the Internet.
He goes on to say in a sales video, that these sites cost money to set up, but because they are so valuable and he wants you to succeed, so he’s going to pay out of his own pocket in order to set it up for you.
Nice guy, right? Hardly!
Does this sound like it’s too good to be true? If you said yes, then guess what, you’re absolutely right.
The hidden side of this is that is to then charge you $29.95 a month in order to “host” it. While there is a cost associated with hosting your website anywhere on the Internet, there are a lot cheaper and better options for hosting websites out there.
Some of the better host providers are guys like HostGator and Go Daddy. And there are very cool free website builders that come with free hosting.
As far as the free site is concerned, it’s certainly not worth very much, but we’ll get into that a little later on.
Who Is Free Affiliate Club For?
Free Affiliate Club is designed for people who are new to online marketing and want to make a full-time income from the Internet.
The promise of a free website that simply makes you money is a very alluring one, but if it sounds too good to be true, guess what it most likely is, and this product certainly is. I mean not true.
How Does Free Affiliate Club Work?
Free Affiliate Club works by providing you with an automatically generated website that provides very little value to the people who find it. Odds are, most people simply will not find your newly created site and for good reason.
Any time you take advantage of sites that have been generated in this manner, you will find that it’s very difficult if not impossible to get people to visit them.
For one, Google feels that sites such as these add no value to the Internet. For this reason, typically search engines such as Google will not even show these websites in their search results at all.
For you, this means that the only way you are going to be able to get traffic to your new “free” website is to pay for it. Paying for traffic can certainly be a good way to get people over to your offers, but it should only be attempted by experienced marketers.
If you’re new, most likely you’ll simply end up spending a lot of money and getting absolutely nothing in return for the ads that you run.
What’s The Price?
Again, the Free Affiliate Club provides you with a so-called “free” website, so long as you agree to pay $29.95 a month to host it with the product creator.
So much for free – right?
Are There Any Upsells?
Honestly, as soon as I saw exactly what was going on behind the scenes for the Free Affiliate Club, I opted to not purchase it at all. This product is one of the many typical hosting scams that have been around on the Internet for several years now.
With that said, I did notice that there was a box below the main area of the page that stated there was a “$997 personal coaching bonus just added.”
I can’t help but imagine that once you are inside the members’ area, that $997 bonus becomes a pretty substantial investment, if you wish to partake in it.
What Training And Tools Can You Expect?
Now Shawn says you’re going to show you “3 top secret” traffic sources. The hair on the back of my neck always stands up when someone claims they have a secret.
Whether it’s to making money online or traffic sources.
So here’s those secret traffic sources:
- Solo Ads
Well the first so-called secret traffic source SEO is completely useless.
As previously mentioned, the problem with these pre-generated replicated websites is that you’ll simply be unable to rank them on any search engine. The search engines simply ignore these types of site, they have no value.
That means any free traffic generation from SEO you could hope to achieve to rank your replicated site is going to be impossible.
Next is PPC (pay per click):
Yes PPC is a great way to drive traffic to any website. But if you have never done PPC before you can lose a lot of money in a very short period of time, I mean hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
You see with PPC you need to know what works on the site, what content is converting, what’s getting ranked in the search engines, plus other factors before even considering a PPC campaign.
With your new replicated site you know nothing about it. So you’re just shooting in the dark. And that’s a really bad marketing strategy.
I’ve said it a bunch of time PPC is not for someone just starting out. I waited a long time before I dipped my toe into PPC.
Finally Solo Ads:
Yes ezine advertising using solo ads can work. But like PPC it’s something I would not recommend it to someone just starting out.
It costs money to run solo ads, plus they are the most expensive ad runs you can buy. Shawn fails to mention this.
If you’re not familiar with solo ads. It’s simply an ad that goes out to someone’s mailing list. And it’s the only ad sent to the list. Hench the name Solo Ad.
I’ve done solo advertising and there’s a lot involved with ezine advertising using solo ads besides the money you’re going to spend.
You have to find the right ezine to advertise in, you have to create the solo ad, you need to test the ad, you need to fine tune your ad, you need to know the list you’re going to advertise with.
And trust me no matter how great the ad is that you right your first solo ad is probably not going to be a home run. So you need to test and tweak and re-run the over and over again until you have an ad that converts.
And you need to do this on more than one mailing list – one list may work while another one does not. And you’ll never find this out unless you spend money!!
So since the SEO secret is useless, and PPC would be a waste of money because you have no site information and solo ads will cost you a lot to dial thing sin.
What does that leave you with?
Absolutly fricking NOTHING!!! Except a useless replicated website.
How’s The Support?
The support over a Free Affiliate Club would be limited at best.
The only support option I found after signing up for the free account is an email address that forwards to Gmail.com.
Not the biggest confidence booster of great support, they can’t even spring for their own email address
What I Liked About Free Affiliate Club
In short, nothing!
Products such as the Free Affiliate Club have been around for several years now and strive to only separate you from your hard-earned money.
Plain and simple, they don’t work!
What I Didn’t Like About Free Affiliate Club
There were numerous things that I didn’t like about the Free Affiliate Club including:
- False Sales Letter – They promise a free website, but then turn around and charge you $29.95 for “hosting.” Again, hosting is not that expensive when using a reputable company. And some Internet training groups actually provide their members with free hosting.
- Required Email Opt in – In order to discover that there is actually a charge associated with the product, you have to sign up to their email list. This means that you will potentially have numerous scam-laden emails in the future trying to get you to spend more money on other products.
- Promising Near Impossible Results – Products like Free Affiliate Club make people believe that you can earn money almost instantly online through affiliate marketing. Creating an online business takes time if done correctly, and fake promises such as this make people believe that it will happen instantly.
Ok, Let’s Compare How This Program Stacks Up To My #1 Recommendation
My Final Opinion
Everything about this program is useless and gives you very little opportunity to build a real online business.
All starting with a replicated website that has ZERO value.
Every search engine on the planet will not rank a replicated website. So all the SEO training in the world will do you no good for getting this replicated website ranked.
And the next two so-called “secret” marketing methods will cost you money.
And not just a little money, potentially it can cost you a LOT of money. Especially if you don’t know what you’re doing. I would never recommend to someone just starting out to try PPC or Solo ads.
Free affiliate club is completely useless and is a flat out garbage program. Avoid it all costs!!
There are a lot better resources online that will teach you how to create a real online business using techniques that work and won’t cost you money.
And this product is definitely NOT one of them!!
I hope you found this review helpful and I hope I answered any questions you may have had about it.
So do you have a personal experience that you would like to share about the Free Affiliate Club?
If you do, I would love to hear about it. Your feedback is always welcome and it can help others from getting scammed by Shawn Casey and his useless program.
