Big Daddy’s Wednesday Boost – Have A Snickers – Give Yourself A Break
Today I want you to take a mid-week break. You don’t have to wait for the weekend to relax.
Did you know you’ll get more done if you take regular breaks? This gives your brain time to relax and recharge.
Working in short concentrated spurts is more effective than grinding it out for 12 hours straight.
The illusion is if we work 12 hours a day we’ll get more done – not true. You should work for a few hours and then take a 15 minute break.
Go for a walk – read a book – do some yard work – whatever you decide but take a well-deserved break.
